Enrollment Process
Begin your journey with Compass ABA Therapy today and discover how our therapies are the perfect fit for your child's developmental needs. Our compassionate team of therapists, BCBAs, and educators is here to guide you, whether you're just starting to seek answers or already have a diagnosis for your child.
1Please fill out the intake form to get started.
Introduce Your Family
Start by filling out our secure INTAKE form. After receiving your form, our intake team will follow up with you to discuss your family’s specific needs and schedule the next step. They will also obtain authorization.
2 Assessment
We will schedule a visit for your child’s assessment. Your child will undergo an assessment conducted by one of our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This comprehensive assessment is crucial for developing an effective, personalized therapy plan that will address your child’s needs and ensure your child will be learning and growing. BCBA will go over the plan and ensure that you will be informed every step of the way. This important step ensures we have all the information needed to tailor our approach to your child's specific situation.
3 Treatment
Once we've identified goals your child will be working, we will submit it to the insurance. Then we will schedule first treatment session either in the clinic or your home. This is where the fun starts! We start teaching your child skills and have fun!
Our highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) collaborate to provide ABA services that are tailored to your child’s needs.
By working consistently with your child and providing parent support throughout the process, our team enables meaningful change that lasts a lifetime.
