We work in the clinic with clients and in clients' homes.

We are seeking candidates with a Master's in Psychology experience working with the Autism population, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) as well as RBT/QASP-S to join our team of ABA specialists for a full or part-time caseload in several clinic locations throughout Georgia.

We provide independent fieldwork supervision for candidates looking to advance in the field and tuition for employees.

  • Clinic Director-Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst Hinesville, GA

    • We are looking for an Area Clinic Director for our Hinesville, GA.

The Clinic Director is an exempt leadership role responsible for the clinical case management and quality of all client programs within the center. This position works collaboratively with the Regional Director to ensure that all clinical staff are well-trained and supported so that clients and their families receive the highest-quality treatment.

    • Responsibilities
    • Supervise cases and assist in case assignments.
    • Work side by side with other Area Clinical Directors and admin staff.
    • Mentor and manage clinical staff to ensure confidence, performance, quality, productivity, and morale.
    • Proactively review scheduled BCBA and RBT hours add, press concerns/conflicts, and ensure billed hours targets.

    • Work with RBT managers to ensure all staff uphold clinical standards and company policy.
    • Conducted meetings with intake and business manager/assistant business manager to gain knowledge on the waitlist and ensure client intake was conducted and processed promptly.
    • Oversee supervision of BCBA and interns.
    • Build rapport with clients and client families.
    • Provide clinical consultation to staff, school professionals, and parents/guardians
    • Oversee the implementation of therapy programs to ensure best clinical practices are implemented.
    • Provide direct clinical services to clients and maintain appropriate caseload to facilitate overall clinic growth and staff morale/welfare.
    • Qualifications

    • Requirements:
    • BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB minimum one year.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Preferred knowledge in systems like Central Reach but will train.
    • Must be able to make quick decisions for the benefit of the company
    • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Assistant Clinical Supervisor, Valdosta, GA

    • Duties:
    • Work under the supervision of the Area Clinical Director to provide support, guidance, and assistance with Autism Spectrum Disorder cases at home or in the clinic. Assist in case supervision and maintenance and ensure progress is made in treatment. Assist and administer initial evaluations and re-evaluations for ABA clients (VB-MAPP assessment, ABLLS-R Assessment, AFLS Assessment, Question About Behavior Assessment (QABF), Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), and ABAS, PEAK). Assist in developing individualized goals and treatment plans for a behavior therapist to implement in the clinic, home, and community settings. Provide applied and cognitive therapy and train behavioral health technicians to implement therapies and interventions in various settings. Conduct caregiver training and treatment compliance—direct therapies with clients when needed. Collaborate with an in-house multi-disciplinary team to develop effective strategies for clients. Analyze progress and data trends using.
    • Central Reach. Complete the clinical part needed for insurance authorization benefits for ABA services. Collaborate with the in-house scheduling and billing team to reduce administrative delays in obtaining service authorizations and maintain compliance audits.
    • Requirements: Master's Degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Psychology. Two years of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) experience, including experience working with children and adults with developmental disability and autism in clinical and home settings. Working knowledge of cognitive therapy, self-help therapy, applied behavioral therapy, suicide prevention, and multi-disciplinary mental health case supervision.

  • Behavior Technicians - RBT Valdosta, Thomasville, Hinesville & Warner Robins, GA

    • RBT credentials, but can train
    • A high school diploma is required.

    • All staff members are provided with annual and ongoing clinical training in:
    • Basic principles of ABA, autism, concepts related to motivating children with autism
    • Verbal behavior
    • Data collection
    • Effective teaching procedures in both the intensive teaching setting and natural environment.

    • Certified staff will have the opportunity to receive free CEU training, VB-Mapp training, ADOS-2 testing, and other techniques used in the field.
    • Training is conducted either in seminars by field supervisors or by taking various courses offered through Compass-U.

    • Advanced Training and Obtaining QASP
    • QASP stands for Qualified Autism Specialist Provider, someone who can assist BCBAs in supervisory tasks.
    • Specific staff will qualify to obtain QABA certification by attending online courses offered by Compass-U and taking an exam through the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board – QABA.
    • As QASP staff advance, they will receive additional training in areas such as:

    • Functional behavior assessment
    • Behavior plan development
    • Assessing language and behavior skills
    • Supervising staff and ABA programming for children with autism

    • BCaBA and BCBA Independent Field Work Supervision
    • Compass offers an intensive supervision program for individuals seeking board certification. Upon acceptance into the mentorship program, Compass provides the required Supervised Independent Fieldwork in behavior analysis at no cost. Compass offers an incentive to its clinicians who become certified.

    • BCaBA and BCBA Full College Programs
