We provide independent field work supervision for candidates looking to advence in the field. We provide tuition for employees.

We are looking for an Area Clinic Director for our Hinesville, GA.

The Clinic Director is an exempt leadership role responsible for the clinical case management and quality of all client programs within the center. This position works collaboratively with the Regional Director to ensure all clinical staff are well-trained and supported so that clients and their families receive the highest quality of treatment
This position is in Our Hinesville, GA Clinic.

Requirements:
BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB minimum 1 year.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred knowledge in systems like Central Reach but will train
Must be able to make quick decisions in benefit of the company
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
DUTIES:
Work under the supervision of the Area Clinical Director to provide support,guidance and assistance with Autism Spectrum Disorder cases in home or in clinic. Assist in case supervision, maintenance and ensuring progress is made in treatment. Assist and administer initial evaluations and re-evaluations for ABA clients (VB-MAPP assessment, ABLLS-R Assessment, AFLS Assessment, Question About Behavior Assessment, (QABF), Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), and/or ABAS, PEAK). Assist in developing individualized goals and treatment plans for the clinic, home, and community settings to be implemented by a behavior therapist. Provide applied and cognitive therapy and train behavioral health technicians to implement therapies and interventions in various settings. Conduct caregiver training and treatment compliance. Direct therapies with clients when needed. Collaborate with in-house multi-disciplinary team on effective strategies for clients. Analyze progress and data trends using
Central Reach. Complete clinical part needed for insurance authorization benefits for ABA services. Collaborate with in-house scheduling and billing team to reduce administrative delay in obtaining service authorizations, maintaining compliance audits.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Psychology. Two years of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) experience, including experience working with children and adults with developmental disability and autism in clinic and home setting. Working knowledge of cognitive therapy, self-help therapy, applied behavioral therapy, suicide prevention, and multi-disciplinary mental health case supervision.
