Tamara is a returning RBT s she previously worked with Compass in 2023. She brings strong clinical skills and is dedicated to client sucess and progress in therapy. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from UNC Chapel Hill (May 2024) and most recently served as Ticketing Supervisor at Durham Performing Arts Center (May–July 2026), where she supported high-volume event operations, resolved customer concerns, maintained organized records, and managed multiple priorities with clear communication and attention to detail. As an RBT, Tamara is stepping into a role that supports meaningful, compassionate care for individuals and families, helping strengthen progress through consistent, skill-building routines.
