Choosing the right fieldwork supervision is one of the most important steps on your path to becoming a behavior analyst. At Compass, we provide FREE supervision to our employees without long-term commitments, making high-quality training accessible while supporting your professional growth. Our supervision is structured, ethical, and intentionally designed to prepare you for real-world clinical practice, not just passing the exam. We go beyond required meetings by offering meaningful feedback, direct client observation, skill-based assignments, and mentorship grounded in the BACB Ethics Code and current best practices.
At Compass, we emphasize clear expectations, consistent communication, and a supportive yet accountable environment. Our goal is to ensure that trainees are not only supported, but also challenged to grow into confident and competent clinicians.

Compass Employees are eligable to apply for Free Independant Field work Supervision while Employed by Compass. Free Supervision does not come with time commitment if students choose tat option.
Our BCBA Fieldwork Supervision program (provided by Compass BCBAs) is designed as a comprehensive, all-in-one training experience, not just supervision hours. Each supervisee receives access to a structured curriculum, ongoing mentorship, and support.
Supervision is set up to build clinical knowledge, ethical decision-making, and real-world BCBA skills over time.
Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork (10%): approximately 12 months
Regular Supervised Fieldwork (5%): approximately 18 months

We also offer opportunities for professional development and career growth while collecting supervision hours.
Clinical support, educational partnerships and potential tuition discounts with select universities.
