
Shelby Bozeman, MS, BCBA
Shelby joined Compass in 2026 as a motivated and client-focused BCBA. She holds a Master of Education in Exceptional Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida (2025), as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. Shelby has several years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services. In 2026, she earned her BCBA certification and transitioned from direct care into a supervision-based role, where she now focuses on program development, staff training, and supporting client progress through data-driven interventions.
