Seara joined Compass in 2026 as a Registered Behavior Technician at our Thomasville clinic. She brings previous experience supporting children with autism through individualized behavior intervention, data collection, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Seara is passionate about helping children build meaningful skills in a supportive and encouraging environment, and we are excited to have her as part of the Compass Team.
