Kiyarna joined Compass 2026 and is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with extensive experience supporting children and individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. Her background includes ABA therapy, residential care, and direct support services. Kiyarna has experience providing one-on-one ABA therapy, implementing behavior intervention plans, utilizing Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET). Kiyarna brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to her work and values building positive relationships with the individuals and families she serves.
