Kimani is our RBT Manager for Thomasville Clinic. She is currently completing her Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Applied Behavior Analysis. Kimani brings experience in behavioral intervention, crisis prevention, and goal-directed support services. She has a strong background in documentation, assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and effective care. She is currently completing her Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University, with a goal of expanding into case management and client advocacy roles.
