Pheacia joined Compass in 2025. She is an experienced RBT who has completed a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and is a candidate for receiving her BCBA. Pheacia has several years of hands-on experience in ABA. She has worked extensively with children and adolescents in home, school, and clinic settings— implementing behavior intervention plans, recording data, and collaborating with both families and clinical teams. In addition to her RBT work, Pheacia is a student analyst who has completed her supervised fieldwork hours and is preparing to sit for the BCBA exam.
