Nicole originally joined Compass in 2022 and rejoined our team in 2025. She is an experienced and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who has provided ABA therapy to children of various ages in clinical settings.

• Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Valdosta State University. She brings warmth, care, and dedication to every session, and truly enjoys helping children learn and grow. We’re so happy to welcome Nicole back to the Compass team!
