Mikeal joined the Compass team in 2026 as an experienced RBT and is currently working in our Lakeland Clinic. She brings a strong background in early childhood education, healthcare, and working directly with children and families. Her experience includes supporting children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and developmental needs while creating positive and engaging learning environments. Mikeal is passionate about helping children grow, develop new skills, and reach their individual goals through compassionate and consistent support.
