T’Nijah Thompson is an RBT in Lakeland clinic since 2022, serving as both a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Social Media Manager. She is currently pursuing her education at Valdosta State University, where she continues to build her knowledge and passion for helping others. T’Nijah brings creativity, dedication, and a strong connection with clients and families to both her clinical work and her role in representing Compass online.
