Lisa is our RBT Manager for Thomasville Clinic. Lisa joined the Compass team in 2024 and is part of Thomasville Clinic. Lisa has experience working in the preschool setting and as a personal care assistant with disabled adults. Lisa has experience working in the preschool setting and as a personal care assistant with disabled adults as well as training in Early Childhood Education. Becoming an RBT and working with children with Autism was a natural step. She is a caring and compassionate RBT who, together with a BCBA team she is ready to make a difference and provide care for the kiddos we service
