Laylah Sidney is an experianced Registred Behavior Technitian ( RBT) joined Compass in 2026 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She brings experience providing one-on-one ABA services, implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and completing clinical documentation.
