Kayla joined Compass in 2026 as an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Student Analyst. She brings more than five years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, supporting children with developmental disabilities across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

Kayla completed her Master’s degree with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis and has gained extensive experience implementing behavior support plans, developing skill-acquisition goals, providing parent training, analyzing data, and training fellow RBTs. Her next professional step is obtaining her BCBA certification, which will allow her to continue growing in the field and serving children with autism and their families.
