Kathryn Channell is a dedicated RBT and proud Marine Corps veteran with a background in health and wellness, behavior support, and client service who has been with Compass since 2021.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Wellness from the University of Arizona Global Campus, with coursework focused on counseling, behavioral change, and wellness for special populations. Kat brings a unique combination of structure, empathy, and adaptability to her work with individuals on the Autism spectrum. Her experience includes customer service, leadership roles in the U.S. Marine Corps, and years of volunteering with both the Wounded Warriors Project and various animal shelters demonstrate a lifelong commitment to care, safety, and advocacy. Known for her emotional intelligence, problem-solving ability, and calm approach in high-pressure situations, Kat is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others through ABA therapy and individualized behavior support.
