Karina Montalvo is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who joined Compass Behavioral & Developmental Consultants in 2026. She provides services within both the Valdosta and Lakeland clinics, supporting children and families through compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy. Karina is currently attending Valdosta State University as a sophomore pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Education. She is passionate about helping children grow academically, socially, and behaviorally while building meaningful connections with the families she serves.
