Jessica joined Compass in December 2025. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience providing evidence-based ABA services to children, adolescents, and their families. Jessica specializes in conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and using data-driven strategies to support meaningful skill development and behavior improvement. She is also highly experienced in supervising RBTs, training staff, and collaborating with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Shenandoah University. She is committed to delivering compassionate, ethical, and effective ABA services that help clients reach their fullest potential.
