Courtney joined Compass ABA Therapy in 2026 as a Registered Behavior Technician. She has several years of experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. Courtney is passionate about helping clients build meaningful skills that support independence, communication, and daily living. She works closely with the clinical team to implement individualized ABA therapy plans and create a supportive and positive learning environment for each child.
