Ryan Conrad is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Compass Behavioral & Developmental Consultants, serving clients at our Warner Robins Clinic. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Georgia in 2023 and became a Registered Behavior Technician in 2024. Ryan has more than two years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across clinic, home, and school settings. He is passionate about helping children develop meaningful communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills through evidence-based, individualized treatment. Ryan is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis through Purdue Global and plans to become a Georgia Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the end of 2026. He is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care while partnering with families to help each child reach their full potential.
