Ernesto joined Compass in 2025 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and brings extensive experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior to joining Compass, Ernesto worked in behavioral health and direct support roles where he provided compassionate care, implemented behavior support strategies, monitored client progress, and assisted individuals in building daily living and social skills. Ernesto is passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment and helping clients reach meaningful goals toward greater independence.
