E’kara joined Compass in 2025 and is part of our Thomasville clinic. She began her journey as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2021, gaining valuable experience in clinical settings. E’kara is passionate about teaching skills that help individuals communicate and function more effectively in their daily lives. She brings dedication, compassion, and a strong commitment to helping each child reach their fullest potential. We’re so happy to have E’kara as part of the Compass team!
