Destinee joined Compass Lakeland Clinic in 2026 and is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience in applied behavior analysis, childcare, and youth development. She is currently pursuing studies in Communications and Sociology at Valdosta State University. With a background in supporting children's learning, social development, and personal growth, Destinee is passionate about creating positive, engaging, and supportive environments. She brings strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills to the Compass Behavioral team.
