Benjamin joined Compass as an RBT in 2026 for our Thomasville, GA clinic. enjamin earned his Associate’s Degree in Business from Tallahassee Community College and holds an active RBT Certification. His background in both behavioral health and client service has strengthened his communication, organization, and teamwork skills within clinical settings.Benjamin is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience supporting children with autism and developmental differences through evidence-based ABA therapy. He has experience in direct therapy services, data collection, communication skill development, natural environment teaching, and progress monitoring. Benjamin is passionate about helping individuals build independence while creating a positive and supportive environment for clients and families.
