Dalton joined Compass as an RBT in 2025 for our Thomasville, GA clinic. Dalton obtained a BS in Psychology in 2022 from Georgia Southwestern State University. He is an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who implements behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in various settings, providing companionate therapy to clients he serves. His experience working with kids diagnosed with Autism makes him a great RBT who is willing to go beyond to help clients achieve various growths. He is an organized team player who is a great addition to our team.
