Dalal joined Compass Behavioral & Developmental Consultants in 2025 and became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2026. She is currently a Psychology student at Valdosta State University. Dalal is passionate about working with children and families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her long-term goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and continue making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
