Bryan brings experience from Correctional Officer work (March 2023 to June 2024), including monitoring and reporting suspicious activity, securing checkpoints, maintaining head counts, and writing detailed documentation.

Bryan specializes in strong record of time management, clear communication, and attention to detail, with experience in customer engagement, performance management, and problem-solving. His background includes sanitizing and safety procedures, product display and promotions, loss prevention, and strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, website design, and information research.

Most recently, as an Enrollment Team Coordinator (June 2024 to present), he has supervised remote customer service, coached team performance using call/email metrics, and led training to strengthen website navigation, troubleshooting, and online order support.

We’re excited to see all he will accomplish in his new RBT role and to support the clients and families who make our work so meaningful.
