Ashley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinic Director who joined Compass in 2025 in our Valdosta, GA, Clinic. Ashley has over 8 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, using evidence-based methods to target behavior reduction and skill acquisition, ages ranging from infant to adult. Her passion is teaching functional skills across the lifespan and creating meaningful outcomes for clients and their families. Ashley graduated with a Master of Education in ABA. University of Texas in 2018 and obtained her BCBA 2019. Ashley is proficient in various assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS-R, Functional Assessment Interview, and has knowledge of alternate forms of communication, including PECS, sign language, choice boards, and speech-generating devices to assist her clients in reaching their goals. Ashley is a compassionate and knowledgeable BCBA who works tirelessly to assist her clients and staff. We are very lucky to have her on our team.
