Regional Clinical Director of Operations

Ariel is our Regional Clinical Director of Operations -Valdosta, Lakeland, Thomasville and Warner Robins.In 2023, Ariel achieved a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Education and received her BCBA certification. Ariel has received training in PEAK Assessments and VBMAPP, PCM Training and has over 7 years. She has experience working with clients in the clinic, school, and home settings. She uses her knowledge, dedication, and passion to help achieve meaningful change for all her clients and their families. She is responsible for ensuring that the Behavior Technicians at Compass receive ongoing training and the necessary support to provide high-quality ABA services to Compass' clients. She has worked with curriculum-based assessments such as Promoting Emergence of Advanced Knowledge (PEAK), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Verbal Behavior Milestones and Placement Program (VB-MAPP), and, Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS).
