nnaRay Smith joined Compass Behavioral & Developmental Consultants in 2026 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at our Valdosta clinic.AnnaRay holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Science in Sociology from Georgia Military College. She brings experience in behavioral health services, having previously worked at Legacy Behavioral Health Center in Valdosta.

With a strong background in communication, problem-solving, and client support, AnnaRay is dedicated to helping children with autism develop essential skills and reach their individual goals. She values creating a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for every child she serves.
