Anagha Kannan, MS, BCBA joined Compass in 2025. She has earned her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2025 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) the same year. She joined Compass Behavioral as a Supervising BCBA at the Lakeland clinic, bringing strong clinical and research experience in autism and developmental disabilities. With previous roles at The Scott Center for Autism Treatment, The Sonder Autism Center, and Behavior Basics Inc., Anagha has extensive experience in early intervention and skill acquisition. She is passionate about evidence-based practice and empowering children to reach their fullest potential through compassionate, data-driven care.
