Amanda conducts ongoing assessments to meet each client’s needs and designs, monitors, and reports on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). She delivers evidence-based behavioral treatment through replacement and social skills training, crisis de-escalation, and therapy and coaching across settings such as residential, school, home, workplace, and community. Amanda uses data to track progress, collaborates closely with BCBAs, individuals, and families, supports quality assurance and compliance, and helps lead the team by supervising, training, and supporting behavior technicians and paraprofessionals to drive meaningful outcomes.
