Alicia joined the Compass team in the summer of 2022. Alicia graduated in December 2019 with a Master of Special Education with an Emphasis in Applied Behavioral Analysis from the University of Nevada. She also holds a Bachelor of Human Services with certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst. Alicia is passionate about improving the lives of children and young adults with autism by teaching functional and pivotal skills to increase social skills and overall well-being. Alicia is a well-knowledgeable provider who provides various assessments such as VB MAPP, ABLLS, EFL, AFLS, Vineland, Gars 3, and PEAK. She also is experience ion supervising RBTs as well as providing parent training.
