What Is BACB Supervision Therapy?
Compass BCBAs brings in person supervised fieldwork to employees and BACB trainees. Our commitment is simple: provide excellent, effective, and ethical supervision preparing future BCaBAs and BCBAs to be independent in their line of work.
We also provide guided support while students are learning and exposure to various cases in the field. We’re always learning and evolving our process to prepare future behavior analysts for clinical practice. We’ve aligned our supervision with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s Fifth Edition Task List.
When Candidates are ready to sit for BCBA exam we provide testing support.
We have several models:
Pay as you go, you only pay for BCBA meeting hours
Paid Supervision with contract that allows student to commit 1-2 years to Compass as a BCBA.
